End-to-End Concierge

The HealthOn Cross-Border Care Protocol

How our GCC coordination desk supports you from first inquiry to follow-up after you return home.

  1. 01

    Private Case Review

Share your goals in a short inquiry. A HealthOn coordinator prepares a summary for independent partner specialists to review.

  2. 02

    Video Consultation

Where the partner offers it, we arrange a video call with the treating doctor before you decide anything or book travel.

  3. 03

    Clear Written Quotation

The partner sends you a written quotation listing what is included, such as hospital stay, accommodation, interpreter and transfers where offered. Prices and terms are the partner's.

  4. 04

    Follow-Up After You Return

We stay in touch after you return home and help coordinate the follow-up plan you agreed with your treating team.

Patient Safety

Safety and follow-up

Medical travel carries real risks. These principles guide how we work with you.

You decide, your doctor advises

Treatment decisions are made between you and the licensed treating doctor after a consultation. We never pressure you to book.

Ask for evidence

Ask us for the partner's licence, accreditation certificates and the doctor's registration before you commit. We share what partners provide.

Your information stays private

Our first inquiry asks only for contact details and goals. Please don't send medical records or photos by WhatsApp or email.

Investigational treatments

Stem-cell and other cellular therapies may not be approved by GCC regulators. Ask the hospital for its licence for the treatment and for published evidence before deciding.

Plan your follow-up

Before travelling, agree with the treating team how follow-up will work after you return, and keep your GCC doctor informed.
